How to type Icelandic/Old English Thorn lowercase þ
On Windows:
Hold down the ALT key and type 0254 on the keypad
On Mac OS:
Hold down the Command and Option keys while you press T. This will display the Character Palette. Choose the symbol and click the Insert button.
